Zhenjiang CME Co. Ltd(ZJCME), under China State Shipbuilding Industrial Corporation (CSSC) was founded through asset reorganization by Zhenjiang Marine Diesel Works and other enterprises of CSSC situated in Zhenjiang in accordance with the modern enterprise system in 8th Nov. 2001. ZJCME owned the registered capital of RMB 133,320,000 with the legal representative Mr. Sun Wei, covering an area of 201,000 sqm with up to 900 staffs.
ZJCME realizes the integration of production in various ranges: marine diesel engine, turbocharger, marine auxiliary machinery, lifting machinery, marine propeller, the manufacture and sale of the matching parts, Copper-alloy, Zinc-alloy, and Aluminum-alloy; performing the import business of the necessary equipment, parts, raw and processed material for its manufacture as well as the export business of its own products
In order to promote further enterprise optimization and make full use of group advantages, ZJCME cooperated with Hitachi Zosen Corporation, W?rtsil? Finland Co., Ltd. and Glory Group Development Co., Ltd. to invest Zhenjiang Zhengmao-Hitachi Shipbuilding Machine Co., Ltd., W?rtsil? CME Zhenjiang Propeller Co., Ltd. and Zhenjiang CM-XIANDAI Generating Co., Ltd. successively, occupying the stock share of 50%, 45% and 48%. It also owns 14% stock of CSSC NANJING Luzhou Machine Co.,Ltd, established by ZJCME and Nanjing Luzhou machinery company. Under the commission of CSSC, ZJCME carries out the stockholder right of CSSC and helps to manage Zhenjiang Zhengmao-Hittachi Shipbuilding Machine Co., Ltd.
ZJCME is the national high-technology enterprise, and gets the province certification of its Technique Center. It introduces the licenses of L16/24、L21/31、L23/30、L27/38、L28/32、L32/40、L40/54、S35、S40、S42、S46、S50 series engine from MAN and RT-flex35、RT-flex40、RT-flex50 series engine from W?rtsil?, with the power range from 450-14240kw. Our products have been widely adopted, either as main engines or as Gensets, on deep-sea going, coastal and in-land river ships. They have also been used as prime-movers for power station, pumping station and offshore drilling rigs. All of the products can satisfy with the IMO、NOx emission standard. It has set up the quality system according to GJB9001A-2001. Strictly executing the original technical standards, ZJCME produces licensed engines and gets the test certification of GL, LR, ABS, DNV, BV, NK, CCS, and RINA. All the diesel products made by CME can gain quality guarantee and worldwide after-sale support by using MAN Diesel and  service stations. It also imports the manufactural technology of three phase brushless constant voltage, synchronous alternator from Korea Hyundai Heavy Industry.
